Thank you so much for considering our clinic to help support and maintain your beloved pet's health! After booking an appointment with us, we always ensure to call you with a reminder a day before your scheduled appointments, as we recognize clients are busy.
On the day of your appointment, you will be greeted by our bright and friendly staff that will help you get checked in, weigh your pet and set you up into a room. Our registered veterinary technician (RVT) or assistant will take some valuable history from you about the concerns you have regarding your pet and will relay this information to the veterinarian.
The veterinarian will come in shortly after and may ask some more follow up questions to ensure he understands the full history of the problem. From there he will discuss with you some further options and/or diagnostics recommended for your pets.
Once your appointment is completed, you will once again be helped by our amazing staff with any additional questions you have and to assist you with paying the invoice for your visit!
